Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitable, knowledgeable service and help clients achieve their financial goals. You will greet clients, open accounts, and guide them through Chase Mobile App and Chase.com for everyday banking needs.

Collaborative teamwork and accurate cash handling are essential to support branch success. The role emphasizes building trusted client relationships, understanding products, and maintaining compliance with banking requirements while delivering

Qualifications

Client service experience or comparable experience.
Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
Ability to engage clients with clear, polite communication.
Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues.
Ability to elevate the client experience through teamwork.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow and meetings.
Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts per policies.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with branch teammates.
Perform branch operations including cash devices like cash vault/ATM while following policies.
