Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, and assist with opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with clients and team members.
• Handle branch operations such as cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
