Responsibilities include account openings, servicing, and using Chase Mobile App and ATMs, while maintaining regulatory compliance and collaborating with branch colleagues to meet goals.

• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling while adhering to bank procedures.
