Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and open new accounts while complying with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships through active listening and collaborative teamwork.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while following bank procedures.
