Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations with day-to-day transactions and new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for banking needs anytime, anywhere.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and controlling devices, in line with bank policies.
