Job summary

Chase is hiring an Associate Banker to represent our brand at the branch, delivering hospitality and financial solutions that meet client goals. You will build trusted relationships by listening to client needs and guiding them through everyday banking with a focus on service excellence.

You will help clients use Chase Mobile App and online banking, open new accounts, and support branch operations, all within our diverse and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with attentive service.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch teammates.
• Support branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
