Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts while complying with policies and regulations.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge.
• Assist with branch operations, including cash devices, while following bank procedures.
