Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to deliver attentive and friendly service to clients.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to educate clients on technology solutions and banking products.
• Ability to learn banking procedures and financial tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet and queue system.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (mobile app, online banking, ATMs).
• Build relationships through active listening, empathy, and product knowledge in collaboration with the branch team.
• Assist branch operations and cash handling while adhering to bank policies.
