Qualifications

• Series 6 designation preferred
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Superior customer service and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of company procedures and processes
• Demonstrates problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure with strict quality and performance guidelines

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming phone calls regarding annuity products from Wholesalers and advisors.
• Discuss all aspects of the annuity business by answering questions pertaining to multiple markets and product lines.
• Demonstrates proactive communication with internal and external customers and partners.
• Stays current on procedures, corporate initiatives, annuity markets and products to provide accurate and timely information.
• Responds promptly and calmly to changing events and new situations.
• Maintains and builds a rapport and working relationship with Wholesalers.
• Cross-trains across franchises in New Business, Existing Business, and Death Claims in order to load balance inbound calls.
• Performs other duties as required.
