Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Superior customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Brighthouse Financial procedures and processes.
• Demonstrates problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet quality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming phone calls regarding annuity products from Wholesalers and advisors.
• Discuss all aspects of the annuity business by answering questions pertaining to multiple markets and product lines.
• Demonstrates proactive communication with internal and external customers and partners.
• Stays current on procedures, corporate initiatives, annuity markets and products to provide accurate information.
• Responds promptly and calmly to changing events and new situations.
• Maintains and builds rapport with Wholesalers.
• Cross-trains across franchises to balance inbound calls.
• Performs other duties as required.
