Responsibilities

• Answers incoming phone calls regarding annuity products from wholesalers and advisors.
• Discuss all aspects of the annuity business across markets and products.
• Demonstrates proactive communication with internal and external customers and partners.
• Stays current on procedures, corporate initiatives, markets and products.
• Responds promptly and calmly to changing events and new situations.
• Maintains rapport with wholesalers and builds working relationships.
• Cross-trains across franchises to load balance inbound calls.
