Job summary

MN Adult & Teen Challenge in Minneapolis is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Care Services for the Men’s Residential Program. You will lead daily operations, supervise staff, and partner with clinical leadership to ensure safety, structure, and recovery-oriented care.

The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and collaboration across departments to deliver high-quality client outcomes while maintaining regulatory compliance and a culture of honor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience supervising staff in a residential treatment setting.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in behavioral health or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, mentoring, and performance management to program staff.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and staff development.
• Coordinate with HR to address employee relations and performance actions.
• Ensure training and competencies meet required standards.
• Promote MnTC Culture of Honor and recovery-oriented care.
• Oversee day-to-day client care operations and staffing levels.
• Ensure documentation quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead crisis response and operational continuity.
