Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming client telephone calls and recognizes that this is where the client will form their first impression of the company.
• Maintains courteous and pleasant demeanor on calls; communicates clearly with clients.
• Ensures calls are answered before the third ring using the approved greeting script.
• Notifies clients promptly if a plumber will be late to their scheduled time window.
• Book service appointments for Agreement Membership clients when scheduled service calls occur.
