• Process referrals from Intake, email, or phone promptly.
• Prioritize tasks to meet client needs and match caregivers.
• Determine/verify clients' service needs and staff accordingly.
• Schedule caregivers based on client needs and availability.
• Maintain accurate client and caregiver records in the EMR system.
