Responsibilities

• Staffing Coordination: assist in scheduling caregivers to meet client needs and ensure shifts are covered.
• Client Care Management: act as secondary contact for clients and families; check in on care satisfaction.
• Administrative Support: handle day-to-day records, reports, and policy adherence.
• Team Collaboration: coordinate with Care Manager, Branch Manager, and staff to align goals.
• Compliance and Reporting: monitor regulatory requirements and performance indicators.
