Job summary

DynaFire LLC in Florida is seeking a Client Care Agent to review client monitoring data, coordinate scheduling with service dispatchers, and drive client satisfaction. You will use DynaLink, Google Calendar, and monitoring software to identify opportunities and ensure long-term relationships with the DynaFire customer base.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of collection experience.
• Strong organization and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication skills on phone, in writing and verbally.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite; familiarity with AR software.

Responsibilities

• Establish long-term relationships with DynaFire service customers by coordinating with Monitoring Operations and Dispatchers.
• Answer inbound calls in line with DynaFire philosophy and core values.
• Process office paperwork; secure company materials and devices.
• Review accounts and connect with clients to upsell DynaFire services.
• Visit client offices or sites as needed and arrange travel company-wide.
