Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Florida is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to support the delivery of high‑quality home health services by coordinating client needs with field staff.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills; you will work with clients, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure continuity, satisfaction, and compliance with agency standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in customer service or client support, scheduling or staffing coordination recommended.
• Healthcare knowledge preferred but not required; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client needs with field staff to assign appropriate cases.
• Ensure safe, efficient service delivery by matching clinician qualifications.
• Contribute to cost containment by optimizing clinician utilization.
• Communicate effectively, listen actively, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain professionalism and promote teamwork; support after-hours on-call duties as needed.
