Job summary

Quality Care LLC is seeking a Care Coordinator / Direct Service Professional to blend administrative support with in-home care. This hybrid role involves working with the Care Coordination team on office tasks and providing direct support to clients in their homes.

This position emphasizes compassionate, reliable client interaction, with duties including documentation, scheduling, transportation, and helping clients maintain independent living skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with office software and ability to handle paperwork accurately.
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and detail-oriented personality.
• Previous caregiving or direct support experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete paperwork and documentation related to client services, including data entry and filing.
• Support scheduling, communications, and office organization to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily living activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation.
• Help clients develop and maintain independent living skills in their home environment.
• Collaborate with other Care Coordinators and staff to promote client well-being.
