Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales support, administrative, or account management experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional telephone demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the friendly first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and text.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Educate customers on lawn, shrub, and outdoor services.
• Assist customers with service recommendations and customized solutions.
• Generate and follow up on sales opportunities and customer inquiries.
• Support customer retention and renewal efforts.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all communications.
• Coordinate scheduling and day-to-day office operations.
• Process customer payments and support Accounts Receivable.
• Send invoices, statements, and payment reminders.
• Respond to billing and account inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
