Air Comfort, Inc. seeks a Client Relations Manager to strengthen partnerships with our landscaping clients and coordinate with internal teams to deliver service excellence.

You will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, proactively address client needs, and drive retention and growth through clear communication, accountability, and execution. This role offers opportunities to lead cross‑team initiatives and make a visible impact on the community’s green spaces.

Qualifications

• Valid CO Driver’s license.
• 4+ years landscape maintenance industry experience.
• 2+ years landscape client relations experience.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, retention and expectations.
• Experience tracking client metrics such as satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of quarterly priorities
• Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients
• Proactively communicate updates on job status, timelines, deliverables, and potential areas of concern
• Manage client accounts and expectations while setting clear boundaries
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective client solutions
• Track and analyze client metrics, including satisfaction and retention
• Conduct regular CARE calls and site audits to stay ahead of client concerns and manage issues daily
• Manage client data and documentation within internal systems
