Job Summary

As a Hybrid Lawn Care Service Technician & Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing top‑quality lawn care services while also actively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. You will split your time between field operations and customer interactions, ensuring both the health of our clients’ lawns and the growth of our business.

Responsibilities

Lawn Care Service Technician:

• Perform lawn care services, including fertilization, weed control, aerations, etc.
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose and treat lawn diseases and pest infestations.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high‑quality workmanship and professional service.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Sales Representative:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct on‑site lawn evaluations and provide accurate service recommendations and estimates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Present and explain service plans and pricing to customers.
• Close sales and achieve sales targets.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional service needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lawn care or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, including fertilization, weed control, and pest management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Applicator license or certifications in lawn care or related fields.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Previous experience in a hybrid service and sales role.
