Job summary

The Alliance Team in Missouri is seeking a detail oriented, energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, educate customers on available home inspection packages, and coordinate scheduling with clients, real estate agents and vendors.

This role requires excellent communication, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and comfort with learning new software such as Excel, Outlook and Word.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Must be available to work Monday-Friday 9-5.
• Background in real estate or previous real estate knowledge is helpful.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Scheduling inspections with clients, real estate agents and third-party vendors.
• Efficiently educating customers on the different packages and services offered.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and positive attitude with clients.
• Communicating and coordinating effectively with internal departments.
• Following company processes accurately and efficiently.
