Wist seeks a Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist in Tempe, AZ to serve as the primary contact for customers and accurately process orders. The role requires professionalism, reliability, attention to detail, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities include handling calls and emails, entering large orders, processing revisions and returns, verifying pricing and delivery details, and maintaining accurate records with Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, order entry, administrative support, or inside sales experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Excellent keyboarding and data entry skills.
• Ability to process large orders with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Enter large customer orders accurately into our business system.
• Process order revisions, returns, credits, and customer inquiries.
• Verify pricing, product information, and delivery details.
• Communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, purchasing, and warehouse personnel.
• Maintain customer records and documentation.
• Research and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Create reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents using Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Follow company procedures while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
