Job summary

The position requires 0-2 years of data/order entry experience, a high school diploma, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of data/order entry experience.
• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provides order/data entry for branch operations.
• Verifies input accuracy of orders from customers.
• Initiates actions for customer service requests and notifies teams.
• Proofreads orders before final confirmation.
• Collaborates with customer service to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinates with other locations to resolve issues.
• Attends departmental meetings and training sessions.
• Supports continuous improvement and product training.
• Performs related duties and provides backup to other group functions.
• Works with project managers and customer service reps.
• Able to work independently with minimal direction.
• Updates quote status in ERP for visibility.
• Adheres to departmental KPIs.
• Maintains Kwik Tag document workflow.
