Qualifications

• Eligibility to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Experience in insurance, customer service, or administrative roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, answer calls, and respond to emails in a timely, courteous manner.
• Schedule daily office activities and manage supplies.
• Prepare, process, and organize insurance forms; maintain client files securely.
• Enter and update client data in the agency management system.
• Address billing inquiries, process payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Facilitate communication between clients and insurance agents.
• Support marketing initiatives and social media account management.
• Assist with basic inquiries in the claims process.
