Job summary

CMCB in the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts is hiring Client Support Liaisons across several shifts. This role serves as the dedicated intermediary for our in-house clients, helping navigate services, address concerns, and improve the client experience.

Some duties may include assisting with medication access or logistics in a supportive, evidence-based treatment setting. Starting wage is $22/hour plus a $5/hour shift differential for eligible weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience: Degree or applicable experience in psychology, health administration, or social work.
• Ability to work independently, within a team, and with different personalities.
• Patience, empathy and kindness for others in a recovery setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated intermediary for in-house clients to ensure smooth navigation and address concerns.
• Improve the overall client experience and assist with medication access or logistics.
• Contribute to a supportive work environment and opportunities for personal growth.
