The McCall Behavioral Health Network is seeking a Recovery Support Professional I to support clients in residential treatment, documenting peer-led meetings and safety checks.
This full-time, third shift role requires a high school diploma, and prefers experience with recovery, electronic health records, and bilingual Spanish/Portuguese communication.
Responsibilities include maintaining clinical records, assisting connections to resources, safety rounds, and transporting clients as needed.
The Recovery Support Professional I will have the primary responsibility of supporting clients in their residential treatment in a therapeutic capacity. This includes documenting of peer-led meetings and ongoing client safety checks.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience with recovering persons preferred. Previous experience with an electronic health record preferred. Ability to communicate in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred. Must have organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk, using the phone, and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
Valid Driver’s license required with ability to transport others using company vehicles.
