Job summary

CMC:Berkshires (CMCB) in Massachusetts is hiring Client Support Liaisons to act as dedicated client intermediaries, addressing concerns and improving the client experience. The role may involve helping with medication access or logistics and requires engaging, friendly individuals.

Starting wage is $22/hour with a $5/hour weekend differential. The position is full-time with benefits eligibility at 30+ hours per week; a valid driver’s license and background check are required.

CMCB is currently hiring Client Support Liaisons for various shifts.

*Weekends shifts are eligible for a $5 hourly shift differential in addition to regular hourly rate

Client Support Liaisons act as a dedicated intermediary for our in-house clients to ensure smooth navigation, address concerns, and improve the overall client experience. May assist with medication access or logistics. Incredible opportunity for direct client care, community building, and personal growth in evidence-based treatment setting. Requirements

• Preferred experience: Degree or applicable experience in psychology, health administration, or social work. Students currently enrolled in related degree program encouraged to apply
• Ability to work independently, within a team, and with different personalities
• Patience, empathy and kindness for others. This is a support role for those in recovery.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, sit for periods of 10 hours
• Ability to and comfortable with working independent
• Ability to and is comfortable with driving a mini-van
• Ability to lift, push, pull weight of up to 50 lbs.
