Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Client Care Liaison in Brooklyn for an office-based role. The position coordinates with insurers, verifies eligibility and benefits, and secures service authorizations for home care services while collaborating with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted patient care.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED and bi-lingual English/Spanish abilities. This role follows a Monday–Friday daytime schedule in a Brooklyn office environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with insurance payors and Long-term care plans.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage.
• Secure and track service authorizations for home care services.
• Resolve billing, claims, and reimbursement issues.
• Stay informed of payor policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted patient care.
• Monitor authorization and reimbursement activity for process improvements.
• Support community outreach and health plan marketing activities.
