Job summary

AccentCare Inc. is seeking a Client Care Liaison for its Brooklyn office. The role supports personal care services, coordinating with insurers and payors to ensure patient coverage and service authorizations. Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:00pm, office-based position in Brooklyn and surrounding areas.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED and bilingual English/Spanish. Prior home health care experience is highly desirable and benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, PTO, and 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with insurance payors and Long-term care plans.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage.
• Secure and track service authorizations for home care services.
• Resolve billing, claims, and reimbursement issues.
• Stay informed of payor policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted patient care.
• Monitor authorization and reimbursement activity for process improvements.
• Support community outreach and health plan marketing activities.
