Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Vet Assistant Controlled Drug Handling Permit

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and supervision to CCRs.
• Direct the flow of traffic to keep appointments on time.
• Maintain front desk operations and ensure high-quality client service.
• Oversee inventory of office supplies and assist with staff coaching.
• Assist with employee evaluations and development of CCRs.
• Mediate interpersonal issues and reinforce policies and procedures.
• Attend staff meetings and implement changes at the front desk.
