Allied Veterinary Specialists is seeking a Lead Client Service Representative (CSR) to advance our CSR team and partner with hospital leadership to deliver a seamless client experience.

You will lead the CSR team, coordinate front desk workflows, and ensure effective communication across clients, veterinarians, and hospital departments while remaining actively involved in daily front desk activities.

• Serve as a primary resource and support person for the CSR team.
• Coordinate daily front desk workflow, responsibilities, and coverage.
• Ensure clear communication between clients, referring veterinarians, doctors, and departments.
• Maintain scheduling, check-in/check-out, deposits, estimates, payments, and discharge workflows.
• Provide training, mentoring, and onboarding for CSR team members.
• Coach and identify areas for additional training and improvement.
• Ensure policies and client service standards are followed.
• Support scheduling of Emergency and Specialty appointments per hospital protocols.
• Maintain accurate client and patient information in hospital systems.
