Job summary

VCA Sacramento Veterinary Referral Center is seeking a Client Service Representative Lead to oversee the daily operations of the client service team at our Sacramento location. You will manage front desk duties, train and supervise CSR staff, and serve as a bridge between clients and veterinary staff to ensure exceptional service.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for client service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a veterinary or medical setting is desirable.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and office software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor the client service team to deliver superior client service.
• Address client or associate issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Provide feedback and professional growth plans for CSR associates.
• Greet and assist clients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage patient check-in/check-out and accurate record-keeping.
• Oversee CSR daily task list and ensure completion.
