Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Above-average verbal and telephone communication skills are essential.
• Must have good computer software skills.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Service Titan experience required.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Flexible work schedule.
• Dispatching experience for HVAC/Refrigeration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming client telephone calls and form first impressions.
• Maintain courteous and pleasant demeanor with clients.
• Ensure calls are answered promptly and company script is used.
• Notify clients if plumbers will not arrive on time.
• Call clients for Agreement Membership service appointments.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule.
