Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is seeking a friendly Customer Service Dispatcher to answer incoming calls, schedule service and maintenance, and support Operations Managers. You will be the first impression for clients and coordinate with plumbers to ensure timely dispatch.

Ideal candidates have high school diploma or equivalent, strong verbal and telephone communication, good computer skills, and customer service experience. Service Titan familiarity is a plus but not required; training provided.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Above-average verbal and telephone communication skills essential.
• Good computer software skills required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Answers incoming client telephone calls and recognizes that this is where the client will form their first impression of the company.
• Good communication with the client is essential and be courteous and pleasant on calls or in interactions.
• Ensures that each telephone call is answered promptly with the approved greeting/script.
• Notifies clients in advance if the plumber cannot arrive within the scheduled time window.
• Calls Membership clients; as scheduled service appointments should be booked to make up for any shortfall of repair calls.
