Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is seeking a Call Center professional to handle inbound client calls and assist with supervision and dispatch of service and maintenance appointments in Pompton Lakes, NJ.

Responsibilities include maintaining courteous communication, ensuring timely call handling, updating client accounts, and supporting light marketing and administrative tasks. Prior customer service experience and strong computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Good computer skills required.
• Above-average verbal and telephone communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming client telephone calls and ensures first impression is positive.
• Maintains courteous and pleasant demeanor on calls.
• Ensures calls are answered before the third ring using approved greeting/script.
• Notifies clients in advance if the plumber will be late within the scheduled window.
• Calls Agreement Membership clients to book scheduled service appointments.
• Updates clients' accounts with accurate information.
