Responsibilities

• Lead inbound client activity (phones, emails, web) for orders, service info, pricing, refunds.
• Partner with client-facing field roles to deliver cohesive client management.
• Engage clients proactively to secure orders prior to delivery using professional sales techniques.
• Mitigate client loss by identifying At Risk clients and implementing retention actions.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, frequencies, and route assignments.
• Facilitate inter-departmental communication on order fulfilment and changes.
• Record all client interactions in Salesforce for team visibility.
• Identify and carry out company service programs to ensure process compliance.
• Alert management to unresolved service concerns.
