Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Customer Service Lead Coordinator to support a positive customer experience by implementing company policies and monitoring staff performance. You will receive service requests, dispatch technicians, and help maintain the work order backlog while coordinating with supervisors.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of call and customer service experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with colleagues at all levels.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of call and customer service experience.
• Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization, as well as clients and vendors.
• Strong written and oral communication; detail-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with staff, faculty, staff, and students.
• Receive service requests via phone, emails, and online submittals.
• Dispatch technician to respond to service calls.
• Create, enter data, and close work orders.
• Work with supervisors to maintain an accurate work order backlog.
• Provide information to personnel in times of crisis.
