Qualifications

• Demonstrated minimum 2 years customer service experience.
• Demonstrated minimum 3 - 5 years accounting experience.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple work assignments.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
• Ability to maintain high work quality with limited supervision, effectively work individually or in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Input/Import customer billing information into the POInTS system and verify against customer counts.
• Notify Customer Service of missing or inconsistent billing data.
• Review Job Orders for accuracy regarding postage class and rates.
• Verify meter postage and process payments as needed.
• Enter new customer information into billing records and communicate updates to corporate.
