Responsibilities

• Input/import machine count information and compare with customer counts.
• Review Job Orders for accuracy including postage class and rates.
• Enter new customer information into the POInTS system and communicate to corporate.
• Coordinate with Operations to resolve issues and ensure timely invoicing.
• Assist with accounts receivable collections between 30–60 days past due.
• Manage databases including customer address, meter info, and mailing requirements.
