Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Direct Hire Full Time Client Billing Representative for our Grove City, OH facility. The role involves inputting customer data into POInTS, verifying postage, preparing job orders and processing invoices to ensure timely billing.

You will contact customers on past-due accounts and coordinate with Operations to resolve issues. The position requires 2+ years in customer service and 3–5 years in accounting, with a flexible schedule and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years accounting experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
• Flexible schedule to work overtime, including weekends/holidays, with limited notice.
• Associate degree (A.A.) in Accounting or Business or 2–3 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Input and update customer information into the POInTS system for accurate billing.
• Verify meter postage and process USPS checks when needed.
• Review and prepare Job Orders for postage class, rates and billable activities.
• Call customers regarding collections 30–60 days past due.
• Assist with invoicing and ensure timely, accurate monthly review.
• Coordinate with Operations to resolve client issues and ensure retention.
