Pitney Bowes is hiring a Direct Hire Full Time Client Billing Representative for our Grove City, OH facility. You will handle client billing, verify postage, and support accurate invoicing across multiple client accounts.

The role requires strong customer service and accounting experience, with a focus on accuracy, data entry, and efficient collaboration with Operations. Shifts are 10a–6p, Mon–Fri, with training provided.

Formación

• 2+ years customer service experience required.
• 3–5 years accounting experience required.
• Associate degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Input and import machine count information and compare with customer counts.
• Notify Customer Service of missing count sheets.
• Review and reconcile postage and job order details for invoicing.
• Run daily reports to verify piece counts and readability.
• Process USPS postage and enter data into POInTS system.
• Enter new customer information for proper billing and communicate with corporate.
• Call customers about accounts receivable in 30–60 days past due.
• Coordinate with Operations to identify issues and ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain billing databases and prepare client billing reports as needed.
• Assist with invoicing process to ensure timely and accurate monthly closure.
