Job summary

CLA is seeking a Central Billing Coordinator to manage client billing and practice management across the firm. You will collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams to ensure accurate invoices and timely billing while monitoring trends and addressing discrepancies.

You will process invoices, prepare reports on billing activities, and support revenue cycle management, AR posting, and data updates. A background in billing or accounting and proficiency with PSA software and Microsoft Office are

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of billing or accounting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday or similar PSA software preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams to support billing expectations.
• Review billing information to identify discrepancies or errors and ensure accurate invoices.
• Process and monitor invoices and prepare reports on billing activities and trends.
• Assist with revenue cycle management, AR posting, data management updates, and related tasks as needed.
• Support client interaction to resolve billing issues and maintain client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate billing records and files.
