Job summary

Spectrum (Charter Communications) is seeking a Business Client Service Representative to provide post-installation support for account changes, billing inquiries and audit functions. You will ensure accounts are accurate and issues are resolved promptly to support client satisfaction and service reliability.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in telecom, experience with ICOMS/CSG billing, and proficiency in Salesforce. Office-based role with flexible hours and a focus on accurate data handling.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business or equivalent field.
• 3+ years of telecommunications or cable knowledge.
• 2+ years of ICOMS/CSG billing and data entry experience.
• 2+ years of experience with CRM databases such as Salesforce.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Process move, add or change requests across Enterprise, SMB and residential products.
• Oversee order management from post-sales through order entry.
• Resolve billing disputes and inquiries efficiently.
• Audit, validate and update customer information in billing and CRM systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams to implement fixes.
