Qualifications

• Employee benefit/insurance knowledge helpful but not required.
• Previous experience with Ebix Enterprise, LuminX, Redcard helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation process for new clients.
• Develop and communicate implementation project plans and timelines.
• Conduct initial and follow-up implementation meetings.
• Monitor the progress of implementations and communicate revised plans.
• Build plans and groups based on design specifications.
• Provide advanced problem-solving and consultation for clients.
• Ensure client information is transmitted to appropriate systems.
