Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and using a tablet to manage lobby traffic.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, maintaining accounts, and opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and ATM operations, following all bank policies and procedures.
