Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts for commercial and consumer clients and assist in onboarding.
• Perform teller duties and balance cash drawer daily.
• Handle customer inquiries by phone and in person to provide outstanding service.
• Research and resolve client problems, acting as liaison between departments.
• Assist in branch opening/closing and adhere to security procedures.
• Participate in training to maintain and improve job knowledge.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and cross-sell products.
