Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Financial Services Representative to greet customers and provide front-line service at our Overland Park branch. You will handle account origination, teller transactions, and respond to inquiries in person or by phone, building trust and long-term relationships.

• Thorough knowledge of bank operations, products, and services offered at the bank.
• Knowledge of banking laws and regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act.

Responsibilities

• Opens new accounts for commercial and consumer clients and recommends products based on customer needs.
• Balances cash drawer and performs teller duties including client transactions.
• Collaborates with team to meet branch objectives.
• Provides outstanding customer service for lobby and phone requests and resolves problems.
• Participates in training to increase knowledge and skills.
• Assists in branch opening/closing per security procedures.
• Complies with policies and regulations; performs other duties as assigned.
