Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Financial Services Representative to serve as the face of our branch for customers. You will handle account openings, teller transactions and respond to inquiries both in person and by phone, delivering a welcoming experience.

You will need strong math, confidentiality and communication skills to advise clients on appropriate banking products. Notary services may be required at some branches.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree or two years related experience or a combination.
• Experience working in an environment with individual and team goals preferred.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Opens new accounts for commercial and consumer clients.
• Knows bank products to match customer needs.
• Contacts new clients for onboarding activities.
• Assists in consumer loan applications and closings.
• Performs teller duties and balances a cash drawer.
• Knowledge of ATM, Vault, Coin & Cash and GL Accounts.
• Provides outstanding customer service for lobby and phone requests.
• Resolves client problems as liaison between bank departments.
