Qualifications

• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, professional customer experience in lobby and follow-up.
• Identify needs and educate customers on banking products and digital tools.
• Open/close accounts, process transactions, and resolve issues with accuracy.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely resolutions and referrals.
• Support branch goals and participate in meetings, training, and travel as needed.
